Over the past 25+ years I have gained extensive experience across all media in multiple marketing categories including travel and lifestyle (Windstar Cruises, Holland America Line, Chateau Ste Michelle, Majestic Cruise Line, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo tourism, Glass Distillery), technology (Microsoft, Intel, Visio, etc), financial (Wells Fargo, South Umpqua Bank,
PacOne Bank), sports apparel and fashion accessories (Nike, basik 855), healthcare (seemingly every hospital in Los Angeles), and entertainment (Denver Film Society and
the Starz Denver International Film Festival).
A third of my career has been in brand and awareness advertising, a third in direct response and new media, and the last third bringing it all together in order to best engage clients’ audiences at the most relevant times.
WAX is a collective of strategy and creative professionals that, as a group, represent
the cross-media capabilities of a full-service agency and design firm. With backgrounds from DDB, Cole & Weber,
Ogilvy & Mather and Publicis to name a few, WAX can assemble teams to exactly meet the needs of clients or agencies. Like your dad always said, “you get what you pay for”. With no fancy conference rooms and employee gym memberships, we can cost-effectively meet challenges insuring our clients never pay for more than they need.

Heinrich is a direct response, advertising agency. In 2001 it desired to broaden its offering to that of a full service agency. This opportunity allowed me to combine my general advertising and direct response experience and bring new thinking to existing clients like Macy’s and develop new clients like the Starz Denver International Film Festival
Heinrich 2001 – 2003
WorldStream was a webcasting startup in Bellevue, WA. As the Creative Director my responsibilities included developing the company's identity, overseeing the UI design of
the product and help educate clients as how to best represent themselves on the web.
In addition, I worked in conjunction with the marketing department to position the company and develop how it communicated its value proposition to potential clients and investors.

At the time Cole & Weber was a WPP Company and sister agency of Ogilvy & Mather. After moving to Portland to help open the Ogilvy & Mather office there, I then transferred
to Cole & Weber to oversee all the direct response efforts for Intel and numerous other
high-tech accounts, as well as many of the business-to-business advertising clients such as Visio and GTE Internetworking. By1998 my group handled all the brand advertising and direct response clients including Nike, PacOne Bank and The Oregonian.
Cole & Weber/Portland 1994 – 2000
Responsibilities included overseeing all Holland America Line domestic and international brand, trade and retail advertising. In addition, I managed the agency’s share of digital and direct response offering for the brand. I was also the Creative Director for Chateau St. Michelle winery and participated frequently in new business pitches throughout the DDB worldwide network.
